Keaton & Holly

We are Keaton and Holly, and we are thrilled to be on the path to adoption! From the very beginning, we knew adoption was what God had planned for our family. With our family and friends we enjoy adventures and the outdoors but also appreciate a cozy game or movie night at home. Thank you for considering us as loving and supportive people to join you during this adoption journey.

Our Faith

Keaton Preaching

We are both highly involved within our church, which is nondenominational (Christian). Keaton is the student pastor, and together we have been involved in the youth since our church opened up 4 years ago. Holly runs the church's social media account and is on the worship band. Our faith means everything to us and is our priority within our marriage and family. We would not be where we are today if it was not for God and what He has brought us through as individuals and a couple. We would raise up our child in a home in which we show a lot of love like Jesus. We believe our purpose on this earth is to make a positive impact and spread light. We cherish our church community and are grateful for the support we've received. Not only are our friends and family excited for us during this journey, but our church family shares in that joy as well.

Our Passions

Holly Leading Worship at Church

Holly has passion for all things that involve people. She is a teacher, student leader and is in charge of the hosting team at church, and is always with family/friends. Holly cares deeply about everyone in her life and wants to take care of them to the best of her ability. In her spare time she enjoys going to coffee shops and studying the Bible and after reading thriller books. She also likes to design. This looks like creating social media posts for our church or crafting with the girl friends. Physical activities she finds herself doing is either playing pickleball or coaching a local 7th grade volleyball team. She is happiest when she is with Keaton and their other loved ones.

Mission Trip to Honduras

Keaton's passions include of hunting, playing disc golf with friends from church, and playing video games. He enjoys collecting tactical items and working on things around the house. Keaton spend his spare time be doing the things he finds restful. When the weather is cool, you can find him outside frequently. Being the student pastor at church, means he also spends a lot of time studying. He cares for the students and their families deeply, and likes to support them in their daily lives as well. Since being introduced to the mission trips to Honduras, Keaton has made a priority to go see our sponsored families at least once a year.

Our Pets

Chancho & Nacho

Chancho and Nacho fill our lives with excitement and energy. These two boys were dropped off on a family farm in Arkansas. They were listed online for somebody to give them a loving home, as the farm could not take in anymore animals. When we arrived to meet them, we found it was just the two brothers, and we simply couldn't bear to separate them! That day we brought home two instead of the planned one. We named them off of the movie Nacho Libre, which was a favorite of ours to watch when we were dating. Our dogs mean so much to us as they cuddle in bed with us every night as we sleep. These boys are constantly playing with their abundance of toys or running around our backyard chasing squirrels. We could not imagine what our home would be like if we did not have them. They both will do anything for a treat or back scratch.

Holly also has a classroom pet that she will bring home on school breaks. It is a bearded dragon named Bowser. She brings the classroom so much joy and teaches the students responsibility.

Our House and Neighborhood

Our Home

We have been living in Kansas for nearly five years, having moved here from Arkansas. Holly was born and raised in Kansas, where most of her family resides. Keaton was born in Arkansas, and we spent our first year of marriage there.

Front Porch Views

We live in a city that is nestled between two wonderful suburbs. In between the two cities we have multiple parks, coffee shops, shopping, and great food. There is an event just about every weekend for families and when we do not go to one of those we are at our church's events we put on. There are also pickleball courts, disc golf fields, playgrounds, and pond we like to visit on the weekends. One of the annual events in the neighborhood is a 4th of July block party we enjoy going to with friends in the area.

Our home has three bedrooms and is on an acre of land. There is plenty of room for our future child(ren) to play and create fond memories. Holly's favorite place in the house is a study area she has made to read and craft. Keaton's favorite room would be the office, where he likes to study for his youth messages for church and play video games.

Our Extended Families

Holly's Family

Spending time with our family and friends is important to us. Every other Thursday night we gather at our home with some family and our closest friends from church. We have our small group where we discuss our pastor's message from the Sunday before. Holly's parents live close as well and we go over to their house frequently to eat meals together and watch the Chiefs play football. Our favorite memories are gathering for birthdays at the person's favorite restaurant at the time to celebrate. Keaton's family lives in Arkansas but that does not stop us from visiting frequently or them staying with us. When we visit we spend most of the time playing with our nieces and nephews. Both of us have always wanted to adopt, as we both have people in our families that have experienced adoption. Our families and friends could not be any more ecstatic about us bringing a child into our home. Playdates and memories are already being planned.

Keaton's Family

From Us to You

First of all, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for considering us, and please know that we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. We admire your courage during this time and wish you nothing but the best. We are thrilled to embark on this journey and have spent considerable time reflecting on what adoption means to us. From the very beginning, when we envisioned our family, we knew that adoption would play a significant role in our future. Having family members who were adopted has allowed us to witness firsthand the countless blessings that have completed our families. After Holly faced several years of infertility, we came to an agreement that while one chapter was closing, the door to adoption was opening. We firmly believe in God's timing and the beautiful plans He has for us.

In December of 2025 will be 6 years of marriage and 8 years, plus some time in high school of being together. We met in 2014 at an overnight event at Keaton's church. At the ages of 16 and 17 we began dating and instantly became friends. Our years of marriage we have learned a lot about us as individuals and as a couple. In the 7 years of being together, we have spent a lot of time with our nieces, nephews, children at church and Honduras, Holly's classes, and most recently, our godchild and her siblings. Their playfulness and creativity have brought us great joy. While we've loved being the favorite aunt and uncle, we are now eager to expand our family by welcoming a child of our own. Our families frequently gather to enjoy each other's company, and we have a close-knit group of friends that we meet weekly, which continues to grow as they welcome their little ones. Our lives are filled with love and support, celebrating each other's achievements while also being there during challenging times. We think it is important to have those who will be there for the good and bad, easy or hard days.

We want to assure you of our excitement regarding open adoption. We aim for our child to understand that they are surrounded by many who love and care for them, as this will shape their identity. It is an integral part of their story, and we believe everyone has a narrative to share and be proud of. The both of us feel strongly that communication will be consistent. Letters and pictures will be sent to you often. Not only would we like to send you letters and pictures, we are open to phone calls and future visits! We wish to share cherished memories, milestones, birthdays, and laughter with you. You are a vital part of this journey and will never be forgotten, as you hold a special place in the heart of this child of God. We promise to love this child unconditionally and give them the opportunity to exceed. To teach them new things and give them great education. To be there for the 1st steps and on their graduation day, sharing all these precious moments with you.

Thank you again for your consideration.

Memory with a Child
One of the times that I went to Honduras I had made a sled for the kids out of a box and rope. I took them around on rides inside the church and had a whole line of kids who wanted to try.
Our nieces and myself like to tease Keaton that I am the favorite between the two of us. The girls think it is hilarious and we will take off running with them in my arms so I get my hug first!
